To be placed on the Dean’s List, a student must have fulfilled the following criteria:

• Registered and completed the maximum allowed load of 12 credits for full-time students, & 9 credits for part-time students.
• Achieve a Semester GPA of 3.50 or higher and have a Cumulative CGPA of not less than 3.20.
• Achieve a passing grade in all registered courses.

In all cases students entering the Dean’s list must have kept a clean disciplinary conduct record over the past one year, and not have been awarded an “F” grade in any of their examination, assignment and/or classroom work arising from plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
