Dr. Jeff Rose

Dr. Jeff Rose is an archaeologist and anthropologist specializing in the prehistory of Southwest Asia. He received a PhD in Anthropology from Southern Methodist University in 2006 and is currently a research scholar at the Ronin Institute. Since 2000, Jeff has directed archaeological fieldwork campaigns in Yemen and Oman. He was presented the lifetime achievement title of National Geographic Explorer in 2012, and is an award-nominated science and religion presenter, appearing in documentary series for BBC, National Geographic, Discovery Science, PBS, and other channels.
