Overview of the Center
The Center for Entrepreneurship & Business Incubation (CEBI) was established at Modern College of Business & Science (MCBS) acknowledging the significance of Entrepreneurship & SMEs in diversifying the Omani economy. The center focusses on linking three key areas of Entrepreneurship and Business Incubation – Education, Leadership Development & Research. Furthermore, CEBI would be responsible for formulating strategies and collaborating with other public & private entities based in Oman and abroad to support potential entrepreneurs across the four stages - taught, pre-incubation, incubation and until the stage of maturing into independent companies. In short, CEBI aims be a leading example of Entrepreneurship through Intrapreneurship in Sultanate of Oman.

Strategic Objectives
- To position the center as pivot for entrepreneurial activities within the academic and business circles in Oman
- To design and deliver Entrepreneurship – Creativity & Innovation course, mandated by MoHERI in MCBS and client institutions
- To establish strategic collaborations with industry and entrepreneurial community based not only in Oman but also abroad
- To conduct research to identify emerging needs, trends and services related to entrepreneurship education and business incubation
