UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION

Admission Criteria for our Undergraduate programs

To be considered for admission to the academic programs at the Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS), applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Prospective students must hold a recognized General Education Diploma or its equivalent.
  • This ensures that applicants have completed the necessary secondary education requirements for admission.

Upon enrollment, all new students will be required to undergo a series of examinations, beginning with the English proficiency assessment. As students’ progress through the program and additional subjects such as Mathematics and IT are introduced, they will be required to undertake further proficiency placement tests to determine their competency levels in these subjects. Based on the results of these assessments, students will be assigned to the appropriate proficiency levels. It is feasible for students to fulfil the foundation program requirements through successful testing and subsequently commence full-time academic classes.

Students scoring below 50 will complete only Part One and will be placed in Level 1.
