Captain Fahad ibne Masood, MRAeS, IOSH, Sqn Ldr (R) is a seasoned aviation professional with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. His expertise encompasses a diverse range of roles including pilot training, safety management, curriculum development, and academic leadership. Currently serving as a Faculty member in Airport/Aviation Management at Modern College of Business & Science (MCBS), Muscat, Oman, Captain Fahad is dedicated to nurturing future aviation leaders.

With a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Aviation Management from UCAM, Murcia, Spain, in progress, Captain Fahad brings a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge to the classroom. His extensive experience as a pilot, including over 1853 hours of flight time and a qualified flight instructor (QFI) certification, provides invaluable real-world insights to his teaching.

Captain Fahad’s academic pursuits are complemented by his significant contributions to the aviation industry. He has held key positions at prestigious institutions such as Air University, Islamabad, Pakistan, and the Institute of Air Safety, Karachi, Pakistan, where he spearheaded the development and delivery of aviation safety and management programs. His research on aviation risk management, particularly in the context of High Reliability Organizations (HROs), has garnered recognition and is ongoing.
