Bikal Jha is a professional educator in the field of Aviation. Mr. Jha holds a Commercial Pilot License, Master of Science in Aviation Management from London, and currently pursuing a Doctorate from UCAM, Spain. He has over ten years of experience in different areas of Aviation operations and he joined MCBS in 2015 as an Aviation lecturer in the faculty of Business.

He has been involved in promoting Aviation Safety by presenting various Aviation safety-related topics on major platforms (World Aviation Safety Summit, Flight Safety Foundation, Singapore Aviation Academy, and IOSH) and by publishing Aviation articles in different magazines and newspapers. Some of his recent, Articles titled “Next Generation Equipment for Safer Skies” published in Himalayan Times (English Daily News Paper), Article titled “Enhancing Nepalese Air Traffic System” Published in Aviation Journal (Nepal Army Journal 7’th issue), Review of Investigation Report- Nepal Airlines crash: Published in AviationNepal.com (online News Portal), Presented New Airline Business Plan- Collective Investment by Non-Resident Nepali Association: (8’th Global NRNA Conference). His recent atrial titled “Inclusion of Human Factor Perspective towards Ensuring Quality in Accident Investigation Reports: A Case Study Approach in South Asia” published on ‘Global Business and Management Research: An International Journal’ Vol. 13, No. 3 (2021). He recently published a book chapter “Crew Resource Management Development: Characteristics, Perspectives, and Experiences” in a book Titled: Global Air Transport Management and Reshaping Business Models.

His expertise involves Aviation Safety and Security (Implementation of SMS and SSP), Investigation, Human Factors,Aviation Law and Policy, Air operations Management, Air Traffic Management, Aviation Meteorology, and other Aviation and Airport management topics.
