Dr. Aisha Salim Al Araimi is an experienced academic and human resources professional with a PhD in Education (Human Resources Development) from the International Islamic University Malaysia. She also holds a Master’s in Teaching Methodology from Yarmouk University, Jordan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. She has over 27 years of experience in education, human resource management, and development.

Currently, she is involved in academia, teaching various modules at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and supervising master’s theses on topics like sustainability and institutional performance. Dr. Al Araimi has contributed extensively to educational development, training, and curriculum design in Oman, where she has held leadership positions within the Ministry of Education.

Her research focuses on areas such as sustainability, artificial intelligence in human resources, and educational leadership. She has been published in academic journals and has presented at international conferences. Additionally, Dr. Al Araimi has provided training in leadership, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning, further highlighting her expertise in professional development​
