Karima Shalaby Mohamed is an experienced academic and consultant with a strong background in public administration. She holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Sadat Academy for Administrative Sciences. In addition, she has specialized postgraduate diplomas in Environmental and Administrative Sciences. Karima currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Arabic Program at the Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS) in Oman, where she also supervises postgraduate students.

Her expertise includes consulting for Central Management at Sadat Academy and holding leadership roles such as the General Manager of Public Relations and Marketing. She has published research on administrative empowerment and sustainability in governmental organizations and has mentored numerous master’s theses. Additionally, Karima has trained professionals across various sectors in Egypt and Oman in areas such as leadership development, crisis management, and total quality management​
