IT Services

The IT Support Services division is responsible for the efficient delivery of technical services, solutions, practices and guidelines for the Modern College of Business and Science. Members of IT Support Services are certified professionals, who constantly plan ways to improve the technology available, increase efficiency and reduce downtime and support costs for MCBS.

Help Desk is your central point of contact for all IT related problems and requirements and is available on Extension 530/531/532/533 and 542 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. from 8am to 8pm Sunday thru Thursday.

IT Support Services is responsible for providing and maintaining IT related services. Please contact IT Support to report any problems within the following:

  • Telecommunications
  • Networking
  • Internet
  • Email accounts
  • Network operating system accounts
  • PC and Mac software and/or hardware.

Students and Faculty receive assistance on site from their Lab Technicians for office computers, lab computers, printers and software.

Administrative Staff receive assistance on site from IT Support Engineers for their office computers, software or printers.
