Wellness Week

In order to give students some of the techniques and information related to physical and mental wellbeing, the Wellness Club has arranged a number of activities on 19th , th and 21st September 2016 to be held in the Seminar Room . Program schedule: Laughter Therapy by Mr. James on 19th, Success without Stress by Art of Living on 20th and How Fit Are You? by Ms. Jennifer on 21st.
